Where every heartbeat matters
Every child has a hero inside of them sometimes they just need a moment, a mentor, and a little guidance to discover it. Team Cardiac was created to give our youth that moment. It is a joyful, heart-centered learning experience where children step into their power, learn how their amazing bodies work, and practice the lifesaving skills that strengthen families, schools, and entire communities.
When students enter a Team Cardiac workshop, they’re greeted with bright smiles, encouraging hands, and a safe space to learn, explore, and lead. They practice CPR and AED basics, learn heart health habits, cheer each other on, and walk away believing something important:

Team Cardiac is more than a class, it’s an experience. It blends storytelling, hands-on learning, movement, teamwork, and real-life heart science into a fun and unforgettable session. Children laugh, learn, and rise to the challenge while discovering that even at a young age, they can protect a life. Families often tell us that their child leaves the room standing just a little taller, a little braver, and a whole lot more confident.
