Team Cardiac The Heartbeat of Heroes is excited to announce that we will be back at Euclid Public Library on September 29 and October 29. Both classes begin at 6:00 p.m., and registration is required.
Hands-Only CPR and AED demonstration with the opportunity to practice on manikins. Up to 18 participants aged 8 and up will watch the AHA Hands-Only and AED instructional video and have an opportunity to practice on the manikins. With handouts to take home.

Brooklyn native, Cleveland nurse, CPR instructor, and children’s author Val Woods returns home to Brooklyn to share lifesaving skills with the next generation through Team Cardiac: The Heartbeat of Heroes®. Children and families will explore heart health, CPR/AED awareness, and hands-on lifesaving skills through an engaging experience that combines literacy, learning, and fun. Participants will leave encouraged to know what to do, have the courage to act, and become a Heartbeat Hero!
